We ship anywhere in Canada. Unfortunately, we are not shipping internationally at this time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders over $99 qualifies for free shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders made before 12pm PST will be shipped the same day. Any orders after 12pm PST will be shipped next business day. Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your goodies!
How long does shipping take?
- We use Canada Post Xpresspost. If you’re in Western Canada, it will normally take 1-2 business days to arrive. Anywhere else in Canada will be 2-4 business days.
- Due to factors that often affect shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times based off of Canada Post estimates.
Will my package be discreet?
Yes, absolutely. We vacuum seal our products and put them inside plain boxes. There will be virtually no smell or indication of what is inside.
Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
For safety and sanitary reasons, we do not accept any returns or refunds. However, if there is a problem with your product, please send us photo evidence and we will gladly replace your product, free of charge.
